WOD for 12/10/11

Well it's been a few days so I know you're ready for a new WOD right!? Well wait no longer, here it is!

WOD

4 Rounds for time of
1/4 mile Run
10 Burpees
10 Sumo deadlift high pulls
10 Barbell Thrusters
