Workout for 2/20/12

It's been a while so I figured it was time for a new workout. So here we go!




Workout
7 Rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
7 Barbell thrusters (115lbs men, 85lbs women)
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings (60lbs men, 40lbs women)
